How long it takes
Two things happen between your order and your doorbell: first we craft your crystal, then we ship it.

Your photo is prepared, engraved point by point inside the crystal, and checked by hand before it's approved for shipping.
Delivery
X–Y business days
Once your crystal ships, delivery time depends on your country. You'll receive a tracking link the moment it's on its way.
Ordering for a special date? Add the two together and allow a little margin — engraved gifts are worth arriving early.

We ship from Croatia to addresses across the European Union.
